  • Address: 5830 E 2ND ST, STE 7000 #11908, Casper, WY 82609
  • Email: support@kovexa.shop
  • Phone: [PHONE]

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have, including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, “CCPA”), the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”), and other applicable US state privacy laws.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and order details: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number.
  • Order details: products purchased, order history, communications with customer support.
  • Account details if you create an account (email, password – stored in hashed form by our platform).
  • Marketing preferences, such as newsletter sign-up.

Payment information
We do not store your full card number. Payments are processed by our payment providers (for example Stripe or PayPal [list only the gateways you actually enable] – see Section 5). They receive your payment details directly and send us limited information (such as the last four digits of the card, card brand, and payment status).

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URL, time and date of visit, approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

Information from third parties

  • Shipping carriers and fulfillment/supplier partners (delivery status, tracking events).
  • Payment processors (payment confirmation, fraud-risk signals).
  • Advertising and analytics partners (aggregate audience and campaign information).

3. How we use your information

  • To process and deliver orders, send order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates.
  • To provide customer service, process returns and refunds.
  • To detect and prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our products.
  • To send marketing emails or SMS only where permitted by law and, where required, with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To measure advertising performance and show relevant ads (see Section 4).
  • To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, legal requests) and to enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Cookies, tracking technologies, and advertising

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • keep items in your cart and keep you signed in (essential cookies);
  • remember preferences;
  • understand how visitors use the Site (analytics, e.g., Google Analytics);
  • measure and personalize advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Google Merchant Center / Shopping, and, if enabled, Meta or TikTok pixels).

You can control cookies through your browser settings or any cookie banner on the Site. Blocking essential cookies may stop the cart and checkout from working. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage Google ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com.

Do Not Track (CalOPPA disclosure): Our Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no uniform industry standard. We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information where required by law.

Third-party tracking (CalOPPA disclosure): Third parties such as Google (and any other advertising/analytics partners we enable) may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Site.

5. Who we share information with

We share personal information only as needed, with:

  • Hostinger and WordPress/WooCommerce – our web hosting provider and the open-source e-commerce software that runs the Site and stores order and customer data (see https://www.hostinger.com/legal/privacy-policy).
  • Payment processors – such as Stripe and PayPal, to process payments and prevent fraud (see their privacy policies).
  • Google – analytics, advertising, and Merchant Center product listings (see https://policies.google.com/privacy).
  • Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners / suppliers – such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and the suppliers that pack and ship your order, who receive your name, shipping address, phone/email (for delivery notices), and order contents.
  • Email/SMS and customer-support tools – to send transactional and (with permission) marketing messages.
  • Professional advisers and authorities – accountants, lawyers, insurers, and government or law-enforcement bodies when required by law.
  • Business transfers – in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some uses of advertising cookies and pixels may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or a “sale” under some state laws; you may opt out as described in Section 7.

6. Where information is processed

Our Site and service providers are primarily located in the United States. Authorized personnel of MY TECH LLC may access store data from outside the United States (including Bangladesh) to operate the business. We require appropriate safeguards from our service providers.
